off it's monopoly as harshly as you can.I can't for the life of me figure out exactly what this"Ultimate Team game mode" is, and how it makes them money.

Closer into a fantasy league than a miniature game. Essentially, you get player cards that are of different qualities/ratings. You get these cards through endless amounts of grinding OR by spending actual money on packs of cards.

 

These packs are very similar to gaming in that you're not purchasing a specific card, but instead paying for the opportunity to get that card maintain a bunch.So, what occurs with ultimate team game modes is 1 percent of those players willspend stupid amounts of money on packs to find the best cards. Anyone who would like to compete with these folks must also spend real money or grind endlessly for to the buy Madden nfl 21 coins same level. To add insult to injury, new cards and packs are added all of the time, thusthere is always reason to  buy the latest and finest packs.

I really don't play these game modes but I saw a few fr iends in faculty monitor the pack/card market like it was the god damn NASDAQ. If you are prone to addiction, STAY AWAY.Holy shit, that seems like Magic the Gathering on crack.One last question - can you use these cards to play actual games of soccer? Like, a regular 4 million match of Madden, just with these teams made of cards?
