Ok dokie, I'm having difficulty at TDS. I moved a while ago, and I rather got ~1-3 kills every excursion. I don't have some chaotic weapons, also I have karils, all 3 emptiness (no more deflector, I fail at conquest), whip, torso, verac's skirt, dragon def, korasi's sword. Can anybody recommend a fantastic set-up, or a fantastic manual that deals with my stats/gear?

You don't need a uni to get 15 kills+ a excursion, even in your level. I can inform you now. Anything, usually some kind of teleport due to what I was last doing, but sometimes Archers/Warriors. Ammo: Broads. I use these for 10+ kills per trip at 78 ranged. They're economical and not as bad as people may make out.

Special Weapon: Improved Excalibur. I typically take 4 food, plus a full tortoise of it12-15 prayer potions (damn these go fast), a house tab, a pair of boosting baskets but no defence, and darklight. Oh and the lantern. You will likely swap about things like CLS for a Korasi's Sword or buy RuneScape Mobile gold some thing (excellent 1handed stab weapon). I hope that helps, only recalling what I use.
