Alright, therefore, for ages now, I've mind that stab weapons are far superior to some other weapons when fighting dragons. However, the matter is, dragonhide and plate armour have high stab defence. Even though plate armour has reduced crush defence, also dragonhide has reduced slash defence, it'd be logical to presume that dragons would have comparable strengths/weaknesses, but I am constantly told that burrowing weapons are much superior agains all dragons.

There are just two great (or one half decent, and one great ) stab weapons I can think of: the zamorakian spear and the disorderly rapier. Though, I'm too poor to get the levels to get super antifires, and that I do not have sufficient time to get a chaotic weapon, therefore I can not test itself. So, my question is, are traumatic weapons really THAT much better than any other firearms? Even much so it'd be safer to give up 20+ slash attack to get a Z spear when fighting dragons? I'd like it if you have compared slash/stab firearms personally, because this was bugging me for quite some time.

Alright. . Here's the story. I had been hunting to 99 and guess what? I got bored! Big surprise. I'd like to start a (F2P) Skiller, but I do not know where to begin... Here are my questions... A great deal of them (or most of them I'm unsure yet cause I've to type and think them through) are opinion based, please inform me why I should take action.

How much cash should I start off with? 1m? 2m? 10m? I have methods of getting this money in a brief quantity of time (even with reduced stats ^^) so I don't need answers about the best way best to create money. But, you can if you would like. Question Marks are I would rather do , because of how slow it is or that I require other skills before I do it. Can I train my prayer? I know. . THEN YOU'RE NOT A SKILLER! However, prayer skillers are still skillers... Maybe summoning too.

Can anybody suggest the best path to improving my combat skills - rather quickly please? Any information about armour, weapons and plan etc., would be appreciated. In addition, I keep getting conflicting advice from online players, causing me great confusion. Not helped by the fact that I am 57 years old and you'youngsters' talk a different language.As above. Barrows gloves are an unbelievable help, and provide far better melee AND ranged bonuses than the vambraces. Snakeskin boots for ranging are also a fantastic investment! Dragon boots really carry a negative range bonus, and since you're not likely to be struck at all, there's no purpose.
