I have looked through Sal's Suggestions Forum and also the official RuneScape Suggestions Forum, and have not seen this suggested. Although it has not been officially suggested, I'm convinced it has been lingering in the minds of players. Clan Wars. Pretty cool.

However, what is the purpose of it? That's not that great. How can we make this game more... entertaining? Well why don't we add a Staking feature?! It would work similar to the Duel Arena.

The participant that is hard the other clan can set the principles, but all of the clan members participating will have the ability to observe the duel options screen and are able to add money. There of course would be a limitation to this. It would be about 100k, to maintain a steady market. Then when you fight you have something to fight over! Ideas? Wise old man suggested that to stake there has to be at least 5 players on each clan. I really like it.

Heb0 had any great thoughts. It's a fantastic concept, but there is a couple of items that have to be addressed: How can the money be divided among gamers, and how would the stake be paid in the start (i.e. would the sum everyone filed be the same or may there be differences?) ?

How would you cancel RWTing? Two players can each go in their clan conversation and battle each other in a 1v1 game. One player would lose purposely, thus transferring 100k into another player. Millions could be transferred in virtually no time in any way. Would there be a limitation to the total amount of money that a clan could bet within a specific amount of time? You say there's a 100k limit a match, but shouldn't there be a limitation to maintain clans from staking 1m against each other over a time of, say, fifteen minutes?

Players would have the ability to devote a maximum level (depending on how many players there are. I.E. there are 5 players on cheap RuneScape gold a single clan. They could each place a max 10k). Any additional cash goes to the Clan Leader.
