When the oil level of the oil tank is found to fluctuate abnormally, it is necessary to carefully analyze the cause, find the crux of the problem, and deal with it in time to prevent bearing damage due to lack of oil or excessive refueling. Regularly add grease to the sealing rings on both sides of the vertical roller mill. The general addition cycle is one month. It is added when the vertical roller mill is hot and lifted by hydraulic pressure, and the vertical roller mill is manually rotated while adding. Do not add too much to prevent the grease from being squeezed and sealed.

Regularly inspect the oil quality and detect the content of metal particles in the oil sample to determine the bearing damage. At the same time, keep the lubricating oil clean, and judge whether to replace the lubricating oil according to the oil quality and the replacement interval of the oil filter.
