For ranging the Demon, just take your ordinary Range equipment, 5 food, 1 prayer kettle and a teleport just in case. Before you teleport, get full Prayer Points and turn Mage Shield for rescue steps. After that, stand in a distance and array him with Steel or Mith arrows. Whenever the Demon is almost dead, then spec him and boom: Quest Total. Don't worry about it too much, it is long and some parts are frustrating but it's cake. The Demon is rated too.
I am Vedave, and I've been playing this char since January this season. I'm level 5 (haven't trained combat (yet)), and that I guess you can call me a skiller. My original intention was to reach 99 at firemaking, finishing with an adequate WC level throughout the process. At the moment, I'm 88 firemaking and 78 woodcutting (although my WC level could be substantially higher if I'd correctly trained it such as FM). To tell the truth, firemkaing is not as easy as it appeared - it is rather fast yes - however it requires some intense concentration and patience (especially when you consider how it's near impossible to converse to anybody when training).
I have yet another account that I stopped using last year since I was sick of its messed up abilities, therefore decided to try making a skiller. I like my abilities right now, but he feels incomplete. I had been P2P for a while, but I stopped because I was not using any of the members' resources (occasionally woodcut supporting Seers' bank, but that's about it).
Item is... I am not sure if I want to remain a minimal level... fair enough, it might be cool to remain like, level 3 - 7 and have a skillcape, but for some reason, it seems wrong to not possess st least some combat abilities. Call me a hypocrite, but with my other account (who I must level 84 combat with), I said how much I didn't like ranged. After trying ranged properly I actually found it is a really wonderful skill.
The Question, I want to know if folks think I need to quit being a low level, and begin training ranged (possibly with a bit of def for those armours). I don't mean just like... reach level 60 then stop... I'd really like to receive 80+ in ranged because it is such a cool skill. I said that if I got a 99 whilst staying level 5, I'd consider levelling up in battle. I don't know why Ranged sticks out so much, but cheap RS gold it's a skill I really enjoyed training (if only to level 67) together with my other account.
