According to recent rumors, World of Warcraft: Complete Edition is coming to the Xbox console soon with Blizzard and/or Xbox announcing The Game Awards 2021.

World of Warcraft is one of the oldest MMORPGs in existence today. Even if it's already 17 years old, Blizzard's commitment towards introducing new content has helped keep the MMO relevant among modern audiences. The original post contained a screenshot of the source code of the official Xbox website with a listing of "World of Warcraft: Complete Edition" found in the "Upcoming" category. The most interesting part here is that the listing is dated December 9, which is also when The Game Awards 2021 will take place.

If Blizzard and Microsoft want to make a big splash at The Game Awards 2021, especially given that each respective studio lacks a representative for the GOTY award, announcing a console port of World of Warcraft is a great way to steal the show.
