There are three ways to find maiden's blood for this step:

Chapel of Anticipation (Starting Area)

Return to the Chapel of Anticipation using the portal in the Four Belfries area in Liurnia.
Defeat the Grafted Scion and find the dead maiden inside the chapel to Elden Ring Items buy soak the favor.
