Progressing with Ansbach
If you sided with Leda or chose to ignore the choice, you need to assist Ansbach next. To do so:

Find Ansbach: Speak to him in the Specimen Storehouse on the first floor.
Acquire the Secret Rite Scroll: Navigate to the Storehouse, Fourth Floor Site of Grace, and follow the instructions to obtain the scroll.
Deliver the Scroll to Ansbach: After obtaining the scroll, return it to Elden Ring Items Ansbach. He will reveal that Miquella plans to use Mohg's corpse to resurrect Radahn and make him his king consort, which distresses Ansbach.
Decision on the Letter: Ansbach will give you a letter for Freyja. You can choose to deliver it to her or withhold it, which affects future interactions.
Final Choices: Assist Ansbach or Leda
After dealing with the letter, you will face another decision between helping Ansbach or Leda:

Assist Leda: Ansbach will die, and you will receive Ansbach's Longbow and other items. Leda will temporarily leave the map.
Assist Ansbach: Leda will die temporarily, and you will receive Leda's Rune and Ansbach's Longbow. Ansbach will be available as a summon for best place to buy elden ring items upcoming fights.
Skip the fight: Ansbach will survive and be available as a summon for the Enir-Ilim fight.
