How do you choose and style jewellery to complement yourself and your wardrobe? And how do you make best use of your jewellery collection without being boring? The answers aren't always obvious. Never fear: we've come up with our 15 top jewellery style tips to help you be your fashionable best.To get more news about fashion jewellery design images 2021, you can visit jewelryhunt.net official website.
You've got an overflowing jewellery collection filled with pieces you love (or have forgotten you love), but you're really not making the most of it and you're not sure where to start. Or maybe you're just not confident about which pieces to shop for to work with each other and for you.
The good news is that we've assembled a bunch of handy jewellery style and fashion tips and tricks to help you wear fine, fashion and costume jewellery that complements your sense of style, personality and wardrobe.
As Who What Wear says: "incorporating jewellery into your look is always a good idea." And as an Australian jeweller, who am I to disagree?
1. CREATE LAYERS WITH RINGS, NECKLACES OR BANGLES
Why not start with something fun? Experiment with contrasting lengths, shapes, textures and colours to make appealing layers with rings, necklaces, bangles and even in some cases earrings.
If you're layering necklaces then go for different lengths to draw the eye up to your face. Different shapes, colours and textures will often work a treat. To help with this you should read our necklace length & style guide.
For bangles and bracelets you can pretty much create an arm party with different pieces which will flash and jangle as you move. Rings can be mixed, matched and stacked in all sorts of interesting combinations: check out both our stacking rings and cocktail rings for ideas.
2. KNOW WHEN TO STOP
If you're drawing attention to your face and neckline with layered necklaces or a statement necklace, perhaps you don't really need an armful of bangles to be competing for attention.
Or if you're wearing a bold pair of statement earrings, then perhaps your necklace could be more subtle or even not there at all (on the other hand, a bold pair of earrings with a matching necklace can sometimes work beautifully).
3. CONSIDER YOUR EARRINGS
However, your earrings are usually in the field of vision for anyone who is talking to you, so they really are important. You should aim to choose earrings to frame your face and complement your hair, eye colour and skin tone.
If you have long hair a great tip is to select a colour or metal finish which is more likely to be visible, depending on your hair colour.
4. DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE YOUR EARRINGS
I'm guilty of this myself: if you have pierced ears it can be so easy to wear the same pair of stud earrings for weeks on end. Or maybe you almost never change them.
But remembering to change your earrings is a great way to add interest and style to your look day to day. It's also the perfect opportunity to give your favourite pair of earrings a good clean!
You can make changes to your look simply by wearing a variety of small stud earrings day to day. Or you can add some sparkle and movement with some dangle earrings, depending on your outfit.

Happy International Women's Day 2021! While this day is often misconceived as a celebration of feminism, what most don't know is that IWD was designed to challenge gender norms and honour equality. With that in mind, we have dedicated today's article to introduce our predominantly female workforce, and to acknowledge what being a woman in this industry means to them.To get more news about Necklace jewelry designers near me, you can visit jewelryhunt.net official website.
The International Women's Day theme this year is ‘Choose to Challenge'. It's based upon the idea of women uniting to proposition the stereotypes and limitations that their gender bears in society. With Covid-19 offering further battles with social, economic and political issues for females, #ChooseToChallenge couldn't have come at a better time.
Here at Joshua James, our small business is mostly operated by females, 72% of the business to be exact. Although this is a rare infrastructure for a business, it allows for input from a whole new perspective within an industry that was and still generally is male-driven. As a team, we have all come together, both the females and gents, to present the roles that both genders play in running this successful business.
The Jewellery Industry & Women
While men somewhat dominate the jewellery industry, the industry itself is built around and for women; with most marketing campaigns directed entirely towards them. There are also several significant job roles in jewellery that are taken up by women, including the British Academy of Jewellery being run by Sofie Boons, a woman that inspires all other females in the sector.
This often conjures up discussion when many top jewellery designers are male, but they are ultimately producing jewellery that meets the needs, preferences and tastes of the opposite sex. Rachael Taylor, one of BAJ's freelance journalists quoted the highly esteemed designer Margot McKinney in a past interview "I believe there is a distinct advantage being a woman designing for women. Beyond just the practical wearing of jewellery, I understand how a fabulous piece of jewellery can make a woman feel. This can be a very powerful emotion."
Although the jewellery industry is very much bias to their female audience, several male leads are still at the forefront. With that being said, as businesses continue to grow and evolve, we expect to see females making further appearances in our industry and many others, not just on World Women Day.
Continue reading to meet our entire team, to join us in celebrating our achievements and to find out how both JJ's female and male employees perceive International Women's Day in our industry and as a whole.

The chunky-chain trend has really taken hold among the fashion set, and while there are plenty of iterations, the designs by Lauren Rubinski have reached cult level. Celebs including Hailey Bieber, Kate Moss, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are among the fans you'll spot wearing the pieces. The jewelry is handcrafted in Italy by master goldsmiths and designed to have a chunky look yet lightweight feel.

Designed with diamond-encrusted charms set inside a crystal box, these initial pieces are anything but ordinary.
Though Repossi is known for its striking modern designs, the jewelry house was founded in the 1940s. Everything arrived in a super slick and very high-end looking black box. Inside, there were multiple info cards explaining all the deets about this subscription. All of these cards are really informative and helpful in explaining all the facets of this service. They cover care tips, return instructions, and even a guide if you fall head over heels in love with a piece, which... does... happen.
I picked these little wooden balls decked and studded in different stones because they were super unusual and colorful without being over the top. This review eventually does end up in "over the top" territory, but I started out sane with these little beauties. They were cheerful, lightweight, and just lovely. I love all of the different materials used here (I spotted turquoise, malachite, lapis, coral, and more!) and if you are also a crystal and rock hound, you are going to love these!
Ok, we are getting a little weirder here. Most of you know I am no stranger to weird and quirky jewelry, and believe it or not, this is only the second most out-there piece in this review! I picked these because they reminded me of my art history classes in college and the Venus of Willendorf statue found in Austria. Our pretty golden ladies are attached to a hinged hoop which gives them some movement. Their raised arms look like they are cradling my earlobes when worn.
Ok, this necklace is really me at peak-Megan levels. The crying and also laughing emoji is my go-to in most forms of conversations where it is available to me. It speaks to happy moments, funny times, irony, and misery quite well, making it a PERFECT symbol for my 2020. This over the top piece is cast in gold and features blue sapphire tears and genuine diamond teeth. You bet if I had a spare $500 bucks (LOL!) I wouldn't be sending this back. This is the necklace 2020 deserves.
THE VERDICT: My Switch pieces this month were actually really weird and wonderful. Sure, I tried to keep my choices to jewelry that normal humans might wear, but here we are. I do think the multicolored wooden ball earrings were a great attempt, and at least the Chloe earrings have an art history bend. The necklace, I make no apologies for. I will never be able to forget it.
After Ruben Manuel's seventh layoff in the tech industry in 2005, he threw a cocktail party as a celebration of endurance.During the festivities, a friend posed a question that unraveled his life: "What would you do if you could?"To get more news about best jewelry designers, you can visit jewelryhunt.net official website.
"I said I thought I could always be a designer of some kind, but so does every gay man I know," said Manuel, while sitting in his exquisitely decorated backyard, visible proof of his flair for design. "I never really thought of that as much of a career. My background didn't support that at all."Being as he had no day job to worry about, along with a severance package to fall back on, Manuel decided to try his hand at designing fine, high-end jewelry for men and women. His intuition was spot on - design was definitely in his blood, and now it's been further confirmed. Manuel, founder of Ruben Manuel Designs, was recently selected by the Natural Diamond Council (NDC) to be one of six U.S. jewelry designers in its two-year Emerging Designers Diamond Initiative program.
The opportunity offers up-and-coming Black, Indigenous and people of color jewelry designers access to industry education and resources; it comes with marketing and promotional help, including a mentor, and $20,000 in loans to diamond dealers. This allows designers, who typically purchase their stones up front, to use a line of revolving credit to buy stones for their creations.
"Ruben Manuel's custom designs are both sophisticated and daring, and sure to bring a smile with their undeniably fun and joyful elements," an NDC press release said.
With this recognition, a whole new audience will feast its collective eyes upon Manuel's work, including national retailers, celebrities and other well-to-do folks across the country. His greatest hope is to find a steady revenue stream so he's free to do what he loves best - make custom works for clients. One avenue might be having a design line picked up for the mass market. He has an idea, titled "Read Between the Lines." It involves a gold or silver pendant studded with diamonds in such a way that reads "I love you."
Beyoncé would be a really good one," Manuel said. "Eva Longoria would be a great ambassador for my stuff."
His work is simple, but bold. The more color, the better. Favorite stones include citrine, in yellow, brown and orange colors; topaz, notably red topaz; amethyst; tsavorite garnets; sapphires and rubies. And he focuses on working in silver due to his Hispanic and Native American background, with the hopes of elevating the perception of the metal, he said. And yes, he dabbles in diamonds, especially now, due to his new alliance with the NDC, which recommends only conflict-free diamond suppliers to its designers. But instead of the usual transparent diamonds most of us are accustomed to, Manuel will use colored diamonds. They develop similarly to regular diamonds, but with the presence of minerals and particulates, including nitrogen, sulphur and boron, during the crystallization process, beautiful shades of red, pink, yellow, orange, green and blue can result.
I do very colorful, showy pieces," he said. "My customers don't mind being the center of attention, and sometimes they crave it. The pieces fit in line with that."
Mari Sinton-Martinez first met Manuel and his pieces at a show he hosted in his home 15 years ago. Since then, he's custom-designed about 10 pieces for her, her favorite of which was a full set of turquoise and citrine earrings, necklace and ring.
"A lot of his pieces are so unique that they are a statement piece," Sinton-Martinez said. "They're not something you'd see at any other jewelry store, and not like hundreds made on the assembly line."
September 2021 has seen some extravagant show-stopping fashion at various celebrity events and the VMAs certainly did not disappoint. This year, men brought their A-game, with men's jewelry taking center stage at this musical extravaganza that has had quite the reputation for creating viral headlines ever since its inception. Abs were not the only thing on proud display, with men carrying off chunky diamonds, bold metallic designs, sparkling gemstones, and brilliant pearls.
Jewelry was not limited to the 50-cent style-chunky chains or Shawn Mendes, with many takers for subtle pieces and fine embellishments to go with the classic suit or pared-back combos.
Let us check out what our favorite men were stacking, jewelry-wise, on this epic night that encouraged wacky ensembles, normalized eccentric fashion trends, and came in with no holds barred in its creativity.
1.Who: G-Eazy
This ‘Lady Killer' kept it simple yet stylish with a set of silver and gold jewelry to go with his suave turtleneck look.
Twisted silver hoop earrings with double links accented his clean and green look. He paired this with a diamond-studded eternity pinky ring and a silver and a gold metallic link bracelet with diamonds.
2.Who: Ozuna
Another turtleneck look done right, this time in metallic gold, Ozuna's glittering ensemble was further glamorized by his enormous diamond pavé dome-shaped ring with a large purple diamond set in a double halo.
3.Who: Lil Nas X
A man espousing an undying love for and an impeccable sense of fashion, the American rapper certainly did not take the Old Town Road on this one.
Lil Nas X wore a combination of beautiful earrings and rings that went hand-in-hand with his extravagant purple attire. A pavé diamond heart-shaped earring in one ear and a beautiful butterfly dangling earring in the other, Lil Nas X has been rocking the single dangler look at most red carpets this year.
4.Who: Iann Dior
Another turtleneck look, but we aren't complaining, because there is just something uncannily sexy about them!He matched his purple outfit with the large purple sapphire dangling from his ear.
On his wrists, he wore a triple-row diamond bracelet and a bracelet with chunky links set in white gold with a bed of iridescent diamonds on its front plate.
His fingers displayed a large signet ring, with a set of lips and teeth in a funky expression carved on its head. He wore two more signet rings in custom designs, one of which had a gemstone in a funky shape.
5.Who: Travis Scott
This Baby-Daddy, expecting his second child with Kylie Jenner, dialed down the crazy with a dapper all-black look. He accented this with a surreal combination of gemstones and diamonds. Round diamond stud earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet added subtle dazzle. Swoon!
His custom rings were designed to hold special significance. He wore a canary gemstone ring with the word ‘Cactus' written on the band in diamonds in a micro pavé setting. This whopper of a ring celebrates the success of his music and alludes to his Cactus Jack Records Label. He also wore an eternity band with square pink diamonds bordered completely by pavé diamonds, gifted to him by Kylie Jenner.
6.Who: Jack Harlow
This co-performer of ‘Industry Baby' at the VMAs 2021, showed us how to perfectly pair a leather suit with amazing jewelry.
His round diamond studs and tennis diamond bracelet added cheeky glamour to his white-collar, or should we say green collar, ‘Gangsta' look.
What stole the show, though, was his custom-made white gold ring. This diamond championship ring that has his name inscribed on it was designed to celebrate the success of his musical collective, Private Garden. A great point of interest in any social setting, with the added benefit of holding special significance for him and his crew!
7.Who: Machine Gun Kelly (MGK)
Megan Fox wasn't the only dazzling beauty that this rapper was flaunting at the VMAs red carpet this year.
Known for his show-stopping style statements and artistic jewelry at red carpets, MGK combined his shiny red suit and pearl-studded face with a single dangler gemstone earring. He also wore a white gold ring with a black gemstone to complete his dashingly glamorous look.
A picture-perfect representation of glitz, style, and a sharp jawline, the American rapper was the talk of the VMAs town!
"I actually thought the 3D printer can do pretty much anything. Why can't it do earrings? I love wearing like big earrings, and I couldn't wear them because they stretch out my holes, so I thought 3D stuff is light," she said.To get more news about 3d design for jewelry, you can visit jewelryhunt.net official website.
In just 3 months, she has made and sold roughly 1,000 earrings. She's even managed to land her earrings in a few stores.
"At some of our retail places, we have these and some espresso cups at Keep Smiling A' Latte," Arispe said.
With her own website up and running and partnerships with local retail stores in downtown Mount Airy, it's not uncommon for Lily to spot her own designs out and about.
"I actually scream out to them like ‘hey, you're wearing my earrings' or something like that. It makes me feel happy that they're enjoying them," she said.
Before they make it onto people's ears, Arispe starts with the very basics. She draws her designs with pencil and paper. She then makes a digital file of her drawing to prepare for 3D printing.
"Thirty is our usual size for earrings, but sometimes we need them a little smaller or a little bit bigger," she said.
Each pair of earrings can take anywhere from 30 minutes to seven hours to print. The one printer her dad had wouldn't suffice.
"I got enough money and was like, we need to stop using yours so I got another. Then, I was like I need to stop using my dad's because he got a little frustrated so then I got another. Then, I was like that's not enough so then I got another," she said.
Not only did she make enough for three printers, she also treated her family to a little vacation at the beach.
While Arispe has a bright creative side, interacting with customers is where she really shines.
"They're very lightweight due to the plastic. It's called PLaIR (polylactic acid)," Arispe said to customers.
It's her personality that really makes a difference in sales.
